Wanted General Manager

General Manager needed to oversee a Full Service resort style hotel located in Nusa Dua. The General Manager  is responsible to oversee all aspect of operations,ensuring compliance of brand standards, and promoting excellent guest satisfaction and profitability.
Qualification :
8+ years hotel GM experience in similar hotel segment required, must have a record of good stability & Management progression with detailed knowledge of all hotel operations, sales & Marketing, and finance. High volume experience required with proven track record of increasing occupancy and rates in declining markets,  Experience in trainings & upgrade skills, both in Management and entry level, Prior revenue management experience required,  Previous experience creating sales & Marketing Plans  required, Excellent guest relation skills especially in creating special service concepts and resolving guest concerns, Strong analytical skills including trend analysis and the ability develop new tactics to resolve problems, Can identify and carry out actions to improve the appearance of the property, and employees, with good financial planning,  Excellent oral, written, and communicational skills, Positive, energetic,upbeat approach to employee relations and guest complaints, Good computer skills especially word processing, and hotel operating systems.
