Vacancy for international conference
With regard to the upcoming UNFCCC (United Nation Framework Conference on Climate Change ) with huge number of international conference participants (15,000 delegates from 190 countries), we are looking for assisting staff as per the following positions/roles, period and number of persons required.
The salaries and related benefits (based on the package they currently get from your hotel) will be borne by us plus fixed Service Charge of Rp 1,000,000 for the period each. We will also provide an outside accommodation with meals.
To add up the manning from what we have been able to get from our Indonesian sister properties, please kindly assist with this and advise what and how many people you can send for this assignment and great 'once-in-a-lifetime' cross exposure opportunity for the associates and a payroll saving from your company perspective.
I really appreciate if I can have the information /nomination from you by November 1, 2007 for subsequent process steps . Remember, the seats are limited.
