Applicants should fulfill the following requirements:
Bachelor’s degree Management or equivalent with at least 2 years experience and good in a managerial role (1,3,7)
Diploma’s degree with at least 2 years experience in the similar position (2,4,5,6,8,9,11,12,13,14)
You should have prior experience in organization development specifically in managing change.
You should be a creative individual who sees bigger picture, conceives possible solutions and implement change.
You should be matured and strategically minded with hands-on in operational work.
You should possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
You should be adaptable and able to work and thrive well in a fast paced and dynamic environment with good problem solving skills.
You must possess excellent Microsoft Office skills.
You have to good command of English language Spoken and written.
You should be able to develop and maintain good relations with the guests and team members.
